Our Multidisciplinary Approach to Patient Care

UC Health Transplant Center: UC Health Transplant Center is one of only two centers in the area who perform transplants. We work closely with the center to provide pre and post-surgery care to transplant patients.
End-Stage Renal Disease/Advanced Kidney Center: When dialysis treatments become necessary, UC Health Nephrology physicians are there. We consult with patients to find a dialysis unit and help them to coordinate their treatment.

UC Health Vascular Access Center is located in the UC Health Surgical Hospital in West Chester. We provide a range of treatments to keep your vascular access working so that dialysis goes smoothly.
